Rangers (Officially) Sign Frolov

If you have not heard already, the New York Rangers have officially signed Russian left winger Alexander Frolov to a one-year deal worth $3 million. Frolov, who turned down a 4 year, $20 million offer from the Kontinental Hockey League, was an unrestricted free agent the Rangers have been targeting for a while now.
