Next Up in Traverse City: Atlanta Thrashers

After a 5-3 loss yesterday to the Carolina Hurricanes' prospect squad, the Rangers' group of youngsters will go up against first round draft pick, Evander Kane and the Atlanta Thrashers today in game two of the Traverse City Tournament. The game is scheduled for 3 pm, same as yesterday, and I plan to be covering it here on the blog.

Yesterday I updated readers after every period, and it proved to be successful, so I will run it the same way today. At the conclusion of the game, I will post up a full game re-cap. If you did not read the game summary from yesterday, you can do so HERE.

In Sunday's game, the Blueshirts took way too many penalties for my liking, and that needs to change if they want to set any type of tempo against Atlanta. But again, it is more about prospect development than it is about winning.

So expect updates in-between every period, and if you want to keep tabs throughout the entire game, you can do so at this link. Make sure to follow my Twitter, as I will be posting updates there as well. See you at 3!
