Player of the Month (NOV-09): Marian Gaborik (Updated)

Marian Gaborik has been elected by the readers for player of the month for the second consecutive time this season. In October, the Slovakian Star took control of the vote with 66 percent of the tallies. Well, November was obviously a horrible month for the Rangers being that Gabs received 77 percent of the votes with Sean Avery far behind in second place with only 10 percent.
I can't complain about this poll being one-sided because in reality, Gaborik was the only player doing much of anything in November. Gabs had eleven goals and eight assists for 19 points in 13 games played last month, which lead him to the top of the goal scoring list in the National Hockey League. Statistics like that may very well make him the Rangers Tribune P.O.T.M. for the entire season if he is able to put them consistently and stay healthy.
However, Gaborik has gotten off to a slow start in December with only two goals in his last 6 games. So maybe it won't be one-sided this time around. Anyway, I thank for submitting your votes and encourage you to keep up the great work, it is appreciated here on the site. Check out the new poll on the sidebar asking if you believe that this team can eventually break out of this lengthy slump.
Back in a bit with Rangers/Sabres content....

UPDATE: I just realized that the poll did not post as planned, and I do apologize. It has now been posted. Thanks for your cooperation.
